Everybody! Pediatric, adult and geriatric patients of all genders, creeds, colors, orientations, persuasions, abilities.

What? 

Initial intake

Annual preventative exam (including "Medicare Annual Wellness" style)

Acute injury or illness, minor urgent care (NOT emergency)

Chronic condition management including reviewing labs with patient and family

Female health including family planning consultation and procedures

Minor skin procedures including cryotherapy, biopsy, suturing.

Completion of forms, conferring with family, conferring with facility staff or other medical professionals (including during hospitalization), prior authorizations, as well as any other service for which I am licensed.

Blood draws for labs at the patient home as well as in the office, EKGs

I PLAN on being able to do vaccinations.

When? 

Whenever WE decide!  But mostly 9-5 weekdays. Weekend times usually available if urgent.  

Where? 

2350 Saratoga St, #210, Alameda, CA 94501.  Or via video or telephone or within a 20 minute drive as is appropriate.
